The Services of Toby Wayne Studios
Toby Wayne Studios develops and creates original horror sculpture in various formats, from collectible busts to wearable masks and movie quality silicone prosthetics to strange and unusual three diminesional works of art!
In addition to our own unique products, we also take commissions for custom masks, sculptures, and one-off creations. Toby and David are happy to discuss your project idea and develop a plan of action to turn your concepts into reality. Feel free to contact us with any questions, ideas or suggestions!
Lastly, we plan to offer monthly seminars covering a range of topics from sculpting, to molding, to casting. These will be limited to small class sizes to allow for individual hands-on teaching and the cost will include all required materials which you may then take with you at the end of the class. Toby Wayne Studios is primarily based around horror sculpture, but we enjoy branching out and bringing our horrors to others! We attend various horror themed conventions throughout the year, such as the Seattle Crypticon and the West Coast Haunter's Convention.
In September 2010 , Toby Wayne Studios was contacted by the producers of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to create and apply silicone zombie makeup to not only a large group of volunteers, but also the celebrity designers of the show - John Littlefield, Michael Maloney and Paige Hemmis - for the Halloween Special filmed at the Oregon School for the Deaf's Nightmare Factory!
After participating in the week long shoot, Toby Wayne Studios has continued to work with the Nightmare Factory this season applying silicone makeup and suiting up as zombies ourselves to join in the haunting good times!
